60 months designing JEE composite applications including foundational services/components using SCA Service Component Architecture EJBs and Web Services (SOAP and REST).

24 months on an agile development team in development of complex integrated JEE-based SOA systems including experience providing direction and assistance/mentoring to team members monitoring productivity reviewing work for quality assurance and reporting status.

24 months experience using JSF development/JavaScript

60 months using modern IDEs preferably Eclipse and/or IBMs Design/Development tool stack: (ie Rational Application Developer (RAD/IID) WebSphere Message Broker/IBM Integration Bus).

60 months using solution design software (Examples: MS Visio). Including experience in interpreting UML diagrams creating of Service Models Service Classification Diagrams Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams for model-driven development in Rational Application Developer (RAD/IID).

24 months using IBMs ESD tool stack: Business Process design/development tools such as WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM) WebSphere Process Server (WPS)/Business Process Manager (BPM) and/or WebSphere Integration Developer (WID). This includes using Business Process Execution Language (BPEL).

60 months developing complex relational database queries with particular focus on cross-component transaction management.

Detailed Job Description: This position will provide production support and enhancements to DOSH forms Identity and Access Management (IAM) Workforce Integrated Profile Page (WIPP) Employment Services / Unemployment Insurance (ESUI) Labor Online Services (LOS) State Information Data Exchange (SIDES) Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEAP) TASK Management and interfaces task between UISIM and mandatory assets. When time allows or DOL priorities shift help support the daily Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) work relating to NYSDOLs current critical applications and to provide expertise on improving applications/processes for an increased demand for remote services.Employment Type
