Job Description
Job Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst (FSCM 9.2 AR/Billing System Integration)
Location: AustinTX (Hybrid - Local to Austin Only)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications:- Experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
- Expertise in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end system integration testing including third-party interfaces
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams in a large team setting
- Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal State or Local Government)
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management
- Experience in Accounts Payable module
- Experience with General Ledger
- Familiarity with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Experience using SharePoint
- Experience with Jira
- Familiarity with the Scrum framework
- Experience working with STAT
- Conduct business analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 particularly in Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit/gap analysis
- Design and execute comprehensive system integration testing with external interfaces
- Support functional and technical teams in PeopleSoft implementations
- Create documentation and reports using Microsoft O365 tools
- Participate in team discussions and updates via MS Teams
- Assist in Agile ceremonies and task tracking where Jira and Scrum are used
- Leverage tools like SharePoint for collaboration and STAT for code migration (if applicable)
- Support related financial modules such as Asset Management Accounts Payable and General Ledger as needed.
