- Manage full project lifecycle phases: initiation planning execution monitoring and closeout
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans Gantt charts and milestone tracking
- Define scope requirements and work breakdown structures (WBS); monitor adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Conduct formal stage-gate reviews prepare status reports and manage issue/risk logs
- Oversee change management documentation and compliance with project governance processes
- Support PMO reporting and executive dashboards (PowerPoint Excel Power BI)
- Lead delivery of AI/ML-driven forecasting and virtual modeling initiatives across grid or field operations
- Coordinate technical dependencies related to SCADA GIS DERMS cloud data platforms and telemetry systems
- Manage integration and deployment timelines for digital twin models and predictive analytics solutions
- Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance standards (CPUC NERC) and utility operational goals
- Serve as the central point of coordination between business owners technical teams and third-party vendors
- Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings decision checkpoints and progress reviews
- Track vendor deliverables contractual obligations and key integration timelines
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of risks or blockers
- 7 years of project management experience delivering enterprise IT or data-focused initiatives
- Experience supporting digital transformation or advanced analytics programs (AI/ML digital twin data platforms)
- Familiarity with utility operations asset management SCADA systems GIS AMI DERMS or related platforms
- Strong proficiency in MS Project Excel PowerPoint Smartsheet Jira ServiceNow Power BI
- Skilled in schedule cost and risk management with strong written and verbal communication Experience managing projects in regulated environments is a plus (e.g. CPUC NERC)
