Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 particularly in Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations. The analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements conducting fit/gap analyses and performing end-to-end system integration testing.

Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements from subject matter experts.
- Conducting fit/gap analysis.
- Performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
- Collaborating with a large team using MS Teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
- 2 years of experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.

- 2 years of experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
- 1 year of experience with Jira.
- 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
- 1 year of experience with STAT.
- 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government).
