Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager located in Green Cove Springs FL. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for managing project costs preparing construction estimates communicating project details to stakeholders and ensuring that budgets are maintained. The role involves daily tasks such as project estimation cost management and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Management and Project Estimation
- Strong skills in Construction Estimating and Budgeting
- Working knowledge of Agtek AutoCAD B2W/HCSS
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in construction project management is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
