Position Title: SAP S4H Director (Solution Partner)
Location: Chicago IL (Open to anywhere in US)
Great to have focus in Consumer Business ERU and LSHC
Skill: SAP S/4 HANA
Minimum 15 years-experience leading the end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagement - from Opportunity identification to Stakeholder Management planning and assessment engagements proposal design through deployment
- Minimum of 8 end to end SAP ERP engagements
- Minimum of 4 SAP S/4 engagements
- Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers tools and accelerators
- Business case development and selling to stakeholders
- Proven ability to connect with partner with SAP
- Very deep industry-sector experience analytical capability and SAP solution advisory in one Primary industry 2-3 Secondary industries
- Well-rounded current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains) RISE and BTP
- Ability to deal with ambiguity problem solve take ownership
- Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills
- Ability to shape adapt and improve processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
