AVP - Data & Cloud Transformation
USA - Dallas New Jersey santa clara
US Citizen or green card holder. Must Haves:
- Minimum 8 years in Data Engineering (Databricks snowflake python sql) transformation cloud migration (aws and azure) Modernization Architecture Solution Architecting - Strong in-depth experience in Data Engineering is essential.
- looking for individuals who have completed their education from premier institutes
- Pre-sales experience is needed
- Need someone who is still close to technology.
Description
Drive strategic cloud and data transformation initiatives aligning technology with long-term business goals. - Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs VPs) to uncover challenges and craft tailored transformation journeys.
- Define actionable roadmaps timelines and success metrics across cloud platforms like AWS Azure and GCP.
- Lead pre-sales efforts including workshops solution pitches and proposal development with cross-functional teams.
- Provide high-level technical advisory across data architecture modernization and platform optimization.
- Create impactful content-whitepapers solution briefs and decks-for client-facing engagements.
- Mentor internal teams and improve delivery frameworks through collaborative knowledge-sharing.
- Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities via upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Serve as the go-to technical contact during engagements mapping pain points to solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and communicate transformation success across stakeholders.

- You can look at candidates anywhere from USA (Tavant has offices only at Dallas NJ and Santa Clara. For locations where there is no Tavant office they can work from home)
