ServiceNow Project Manager
FedTec seeking an experienced and results-driven ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a critical initiative involving the implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IAM) solutions. This role requires strong program management skills a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and experience delivering identity governance solutions in a government or regulated environment.
Position : ServiceNow Project Manager
Location: Jefferson City MO(Hybrid)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Client and the vendor delivery team.
- Oversee end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM and IGA implementation projects ensuring alignment with the States technical and operational goals.
- Track project milestones manage resource allocations and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Facilitate project governance activities including weekly status reports risk logs issue management and change request processes.
- Lead and coordinate project kickoff sessions change management planning and lessons learned sessions.
- Ensure all deployments and migrations through Dev Test and Prod environments meet State acceptance criteria and are compliant with PDAF (Project Documentation Approval Framework) requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders external vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and risk mitigation.
Basic Qualifications Required Education Certifications Skills and Experience:
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager on ServiceNow implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and identity governance solutions (IGA/IAM)
- Experience with project governance stakeholder engagement and risk/escalation protocols
- Excellent organizational leadership and interpersonal communication skills
