- Solid foundation in IT infrastructure components: networking basics (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) OS (Windows/Linux) and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with incident and service request lifecycle based on ITIL v3 or v4 framework.
- Basic SQL/database query understanding to assist in triaging app issues.
- Understanding of endpoint troubleshooting (login issues permissions performance).
- Proficient with collaboration tools like MS Teams Outlook and remote desktop utilities.

- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

- Perform real-time monitoring of infrastructure components (servers databases networks cloud environments) and business-critical applications.
- Triaging and categorizing incidents generated by tools such as SolarWinds Ivanti and AppDynamics.
- Provide first-line support for enterprise applications by identifying basic application-related issues (latency timeouts login failures).
- Handle service requests and user issues related to Windows/Linux OS printers email services and remote access (VPN Citrix).
- Follow runbooks and SOPs for incident resolution and escalate to L2 teams where necessary.
- Log and manage incidents changes and service requests using Ivanti or a similar ITSM platform.
- Support asset inventory tracking ticket queue management and shift documentation/handover.
