Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions to eliminate defects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma Kaizen and 5S.
Utilize tools such as 8D Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa) and 5-Why Analysis to identify the root cause of failures.
Maintain detailed records of quality inspections SOPs defects rework and corrective actions.
Ensure the calibration and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience in in-process quality.
Good command of mechanical drawing reading.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Proficiency in handling quality documents (i.e. Checklists SOPs QAPs).
SAP knowledge is essential.
Strong presentable command (communication and presentation skills).
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Industry:
Experience in the Switchgear industry is highly preferred.
