Build a scalable and agile hiring engine aligned with our business aspirations in developed and emerging markets. Partner with HRBPs to forecast talent needs and deliver against key hiring metrics. Lead the contractor workforce strategy balancing flexibility and capability. Leverage technology market insights and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience. Design & institutionalize AI capabilities in TA processes impacting productivity and experience Coach and lead a high-performing TA team
2. Employer Branding Lead the design and execution of global employer brand strategy to attract top talent in India and international markets. Build compelling employee stories thought leadership content and campus engagement initiatives that bring our EVP Growth with Global impact to life. Strengthen our digital presence across LinkedIn Glassdoor and other platforms. Collaborate with Marketing and Business leaders to amplify voice as a technology product leader. 3. Campus Hiring Design & institutionalize early careers hiring model to fulfill unique demands of businesses. Consult leaders of talent availability attraction strategies to improve early careers talent base. Be the champion for all campus engagements . Design innovative engagement programs. Review and publish leadership MIS on all matrices related to early careers talent pool. Bring thought-leadership on proactive demand anticipation and designing fulfillment strategies.
