Job Description

Job Description:

Day to day data maintenance and analysis of daily created reverse pickup
Followup for the > 48 hours and above reverse pickup pending and > 7 days DTO pending with courier to control the reverse pickup ageing
Send related reverse pickup pending summary reports every day with courier
upload daily reverse pickup pendency summary on google sheet to the internal team
followup with Brands & Brand Managers for rejected DTO/Reverse shipments to be accepted.
Share Monthly Weekly Courier Reverse Pickup Performance Updates / Summary
Need to align weekly courier meetings & discuss the overall performance with courier
Manage Serviceability as per the courier performance for reverse pickup
