Job Summary:
The Clinical User Experience Analyst (bilingual) will focus on Canadian health information systems working directly with clinicians in hospital settings to gather requirements facilitate workshops analyze use cases and business processes and develop business analysis documentation. The analyst will ensure optimal placement and deployment of endpoints and devices that support clinical workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Leading engagements communications requirement sessions and training initiatives in both French and English.
- Gathering requirements from clinicians in hospital settings.
- Facilitating workshops.
- Analyzing use cases and business or clinical processes.
- Developing business analysis documentation.
- Ensuring optimal placement and deployment of endpoints and devices that support clinical workflows.
- Leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements system requirements and develop user stories user personas and/or use cases.
- Conducting various research methods (usability testing surveys etc.) to understand user behavior and needs.
- Engaging and collaborating with project team members subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- College Degree in either Business Healthcare or Information Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingualism in French and English (Written and verbal).
- 3 years of experience with Canadian health information systems standards technology and/or software.
- 3 years of experience working directly with clinicians in Hospital settings.
- Proven experience working in a clinical setting.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 3 years of experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements system requirements and develop user stories user personas and/or use cases.
- 3 years of demonstrated communication facilitation and strong interpersonal skills.
- 2 years of experience conducting various research methods (usability testing surveys etc.) to understand user behavior and needs.
- Previous experience working within New Brunswicks technology or healthcare environments.
- Based out of New Brunswick.
- Previous experience working as a clinician.
