Please note this is a PRODUCT MANAGER role and not a Project Manager. That is why the pay is so high. They want a very senior 15 years or more if possible. They want a US Citizen or Green Card as they may hire full-time 6 months or a year later when they have budget for full-time employee.

This position DOES NOT REQUIRE INVESTMENT BANKING. Must have in-depth networking expertise.

Qualifications:
Experience
o 10-15 years of product management experience with at least 5 years in networking or infrastructure domains.
o Proven experience in managing products that include both hardware and software components.
o Experience with network design process and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP BGP OSPF) and hardware platforms (e.g. routers switches terminal servers).
o Experience with Network Monitoring Tools Ecosystem
o Familiarity with AI/ML applications in networking such as traffic prediction anomaly detection or self-healing networks.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager Network to lead the definition development and delivery of our next-generation network products and platforms. This role will encompass supporting Product Management duties for Network hardware software tooling and AI-driven capabilities including new product ideation product introduction & adoption to drive performance efficiency and innovation across our network ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders including members of Engineering Operations Tooling and Business Units stakeholders to shape and execute the product vision.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Engagement:
Solicit short and long term requirements from Technology partners and Business Unit teams.
Prioritize Client deliverables and manage Product Backlog.
Coordinate user surveys measure client satisfaction Drive iterative product improvements.
Build and Communicate Multi-Year Network strategy to Clients and Stakeholders.
Socialize teams success and achievements to Clients and Stakeholders.
Build Client Communication strategy and execution.

Industry Engagement:
Research and identify transformative vendor products that will help solve Technology and Business needs.
Develop short list of products for Proof of Concept.
Partner with Tech Business Development team to identify key vendors and products.

Product Development:
Participate in building Network Product and Catalog hardware and software that can be consumed by users.
Partner with Architecture Engineering Operations tooling AI and automation teams to proactively create consumable products and services
Manage Product version controls global variances product life cycle management
Create Manage and Communicate Product Roadmaps.
Develop and Track Network Modernity posture.
Understand Product finances TCO Net Book Value and recommend improvements.

Product Adoption and Measurement:
Introduce New Products and Capabilities to clients.
Drive Adoption Develop Training guide.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success analyze product usage data and iterate on features to optimize performance and user satisfaction
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning:
Develop AIML use cases for Network Ecosystem and mange prioritization for Network Infrastructure.
Identify vendor products with AI capabilities that will drive efficiencies for Network Infrastructure.
Partner with AI and Data Science teams in the Firm to ensure that AI solutions are effectively adopted.

Risk Management:
Manage Product Risk in partnership with Risk Management team.
Partner with ENS Risk team to identify Services level risks coordinate remediation.

Qualifications:
Experience
o 10 years of product management experience with at least 5 years in networking or infrastructure domains.

Skills
o Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in architectural and technical discussion
o Technical Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of networking technologies (e.g. SDN SD-WAN Cloud Networking 5G Wi-Fi Security Routing/Switching protocols) and their application in enterprise environments.
o Deep understanding of tooling ecosystems (e.g. CI/CD pipelines monitoring diagnostics).
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
o Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Education
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Financial industry is a plus but not required.
Experience with AI/ML platforms and data pipelines in a production environment
Knowledge of Emerging technologies like Quantum Computing is a plus.
Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
