Job Title: Electrical Lead 2
Location: 7790 Highway 85 Riverdale GA 30274.
Duration: 1 Years (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $42.50/hr on W2

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead 2 (ELECL2) to support construction commissioning and operational activities at the Riverdale LNG plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in industrial electrical systems ensuring compliance with safety standards project specifications and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Abide by all safety rules and foster a safety-focused culture. Adhere to procedures such as LOTO Arc Flash Arc Blast and Shock Hazard protocols.
- Construction Oversight: Inspect installations for compliance with drawings/specifications monitor progress and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Technical Verification: Verify installation testing and commissioning of electrical systems (e.g. switchgear motors transformers VFDs generators) per design and manufacturer standards.
- Documentation: Review and update drawings schematics and vendor documents; assist in creating as-built documentation.
- Coordination: Collaborate with field engineers contractors and client personnel to resolve installation issues and align with project schedules.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform electrical checks/testing per industry standards and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Training & Supervision: Train operations/maintenance personnel and may supervise subcontractors or technicians.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education/Experience: 10 years of related experience or a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Construction engineering design gas compression stations and LNG plant startup/operations.
- Medium/low voltage systems cable tray/conduit installation and cable-pulling techniques.
- OSHA NEC and environmental regulations.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Switchyards motor control centers protective relaying and power distribution systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and test reports.
- Soft Skills: Self-starter proactive strong communication and ability to work nights/weekends as needed.
