Job Description
Role : Network Engineer
Term : W2/Full Time
Location: Herndon VA (Look for local candidates ) (Onsite 5 days a week)
Visa: USC/GC only.
Qualifications
Associates degree in the field of Information Technology Computer Science or other technical related field or equivalent experience; Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 3 years experience as a network administrator supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure
Managing and maintaining network segmentation strategies.
Upgrade implementation and optimization experience.
Firewall configuration/security monitoring and troubleshooting Fortinet/FortiGate Firewall
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Route Switch/Enterprise or CCNA with equivalent work experience
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration/Voice and/or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security
Ability to review and analyze or interpret data and documentation and to make decisions regarding subsequent actions
