Job Title: Jr. Salesforce Developer
Interview: Virtual

Job Location: 100 Remote
Note: Only W2 and no sponsorship
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator with 1 5 years of experience in Salesforce or CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Sales and Service Cloud and familiarity with declarative tools such as Flow validation rules and Lightning pages. This role will support daily platform operations data integrity and reporting needs while contributing to ongoing CRM enhancements and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environments
- Configure flows validation rules and Lightning page layouts
- Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards (experience with Analytics Studio is a plus)
- Follow CRM best practices and contribute to improving platform usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Trailhead Ranger status
- Basic understanding of object-oriented architecture principles
