Job Description
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Data and Analytics Consulting Partner to lead enterprise-wide data strategies and transformations. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of thought leadership deep consulting expertise and hands-on experience in building large-scale data and analytics solutions. This role involves working closely with senior business stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes through data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead enterprise Data & Analytics strategies aligned with business goals.

Translate strategy into architecture and actionable implementation plans.

Drive large-scale multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives.

Support pre-sales by shaping high-value proposals and solution pitches.

Define scalable data and technology architectures (on-premises hybrid and cloud-based).

Lead architecture reviews and guide internal and external stakeholders.

Manage data integration warehousing and delivery projects across business functions.

Analyze existing data systems and recommend improvements and innovation areas.

Recommend tools training and technology upgrades to enhance data utilization.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align data initiatives with strategic objectives.

Develop solution roadmaps to address business challenges and deliver measurable results.

Represent the organization in industry events workshops and client engagements.
Qualifications
-
20 years of experience with 10 years in consulting advisory pre-sales or practice roles within Data and Analytics.

Demonstrated ability to lead data strategy enterprise architecture and transformation programs.

Strong consulting mindset with proven business outcome-led thinking.

Experience working with executive stakeholders across business and technology domains.

Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership traits strategic thinking and a customer-centric approach.

Familiarity with financial services or insurance industries is a plus.

Prior experience in CDO/CDAO or similar roles is desirable but not mandatory.
