Job Description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Columbus OH / Plano TX
Employment Type: C2C Contract
Experience Required: 10 Years
Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience to join our team on a C2C contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions ensuring successful project delivery through collaboration analysis and documentation.

- Business Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Functional and Technical Specification Development
- Gap Analysis Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment
- System Integration APIs Databases and Basic Programming
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Tools: JIRA Confluence Excel Visio Lucidchart
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities
- UAT Coordination and QA Collaboration
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather document and analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with product owners stakeholders and engineering teams
- Perform gap analysis and assess impact and risks of proposed changes
- Work with QA teams to define test cases and support UAT
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the SDLC
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of system integration APIs and databases
- Proficient in JIRA Confluence Excel Visio Lucidchart
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
