Job Description
Job Title:
Senior System Analyst / Technical Product Manager
Experience Required:
10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define document and manage business and functional requirements.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including visioning backlog grooming roadmap planning and delivery tracking.
- Conduct detailed system analysis gap assessments and process optimization initiatives.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable user-centric technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers architects QA teams and business users to ensure quality and alignment of deliverables.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs FRDs user stories workflows and process flows.
- Ensure alignment with governance compliance and industry standards throughout delivery.
- Provide regular updates and communications to leadership and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- System Analysis & Business Analysis
- Technical Product Management
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation (BRD FRD User Stories)
- Agile / Scrum Methodologies
- Backlog & Roadmap Management
- JIRA Confluence MS Visio
- Gap Analysis & Process Mapping
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Team Management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure)
- UAT & QA Support
- Knowledge of Compliance & Regulatory Frameworks
- Certifications: PMP CBAP CSPO SAFe Agile (preferred)
