Position:
HR Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1 2 years of experience to support various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement payroll support and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of day-to-day HR operations and a strong sense of people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support payroll inputs and assist in monthly salary processing
Help manage statutory compliance (ESIC PF Gratuity etc.
Assist in drafting HR letters policies and SOPs
Coordinate employee engagement activities birthday celebrations team events etc.
Conduct basic induction and orientation sessions
Handle exit formalities full & final settlement coordination
Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR matters
Generate HR-related reports as required by management
Strong understanding of HR operations and documentation
Good knowledge of labour laws and compliance (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office Excel HRMS tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
