Job Description
Job Title - Product Manager
Experience - 5 - 10 Years
Location - PAN India
Notice - Immediate to 30 days
Requirements:-
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions. Define clear product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
- Data driven decision making. Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Impact based prioritization approach.
- Should be focused on the growth of the key business metric.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or masters in Computer Science engineering business or related field.
- Relevant certifications like Product Management Fintech or Data Analytics are a plus.
- 3-5 years into product management.
MUST-HAVE
- Strong drafting and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Basic understanding of Product Management tools i.e. software development tracking tools and road mapping software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify problem and effective solution.
GOOD-TO-HAVE
- Prior work experience with SEBI NSDL CDSL RBI or stock exchanges is beneficial.
- Knowledge of stock market.
