You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReview and process Trade Marketing Expense (TME) claims from distributors as per SOP and approvals
Ensure actual TME processed is within the approved budget
Reconcile primary and secondary sales along with distributor stock
Track primary and secondary sales of distributors against budgeted targets
Coordinate with distributors to resolve any issues in submitted claims
Ensure timely and accurate closure of claims
Maintain retail-level sales records based on secondary sales
Analyze budgeted vs. actual TME expenditure
Drive automation and process improvements for better accuracy efficiency and compliance
Identify and operate cost optimization opportunities
Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports
Handle international marketing and promotional expense tracking
Proficient in SAP and Advanced Excel
Familiarity with finance regulations
Prior experience with automation initiatives and process streamlining
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and distributor coordination
CA Mandatory
MBA in Finance Preferred
Working Days: Monday to Friday 5 days/week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM window (minimum 9 working hours/day)
