Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Projects to lead and manage end-to-end project with a strong focus on design integration vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering project lifecycles and will be responsible for overseeing multiple stakeholders to ensure timely cost-effective and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and technical oversight across all phases of engineering projects.

Drive project planning budgeting and monitoring in coordination with design procurement and construction teams.

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Mechanical Electrical Civil etc. to ensure design and alignment.

Manage external vendors consultants and contractors for timely and quality deliverables.

Ensure compliance with design codes safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve design documentation BOQs layout drawings and technical specifications.

Conduct regular project reviews and progress tracking against defined milestones.

Mitigate project risks and resolve on-site or design-related issues proactively.

Support technical evaluations for procurement and support the team during installation and commissioning phases.
Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related discipline).

10 years of experience in project management within industrial infrastructure or EPC sectors.

Strong cross-functional technical understanding of MEP systems and allied services.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is an added advantage.

Excellent project management vendor handling and stakeholder communication skills.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a track record of timely project delivery.
Preferred Attributes:
-
PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but desirable).

Experience in managing complex design and build projects in regulated industries.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.
