Job Description
Position: Technical Recruiter
Work Type: Full-time 5 Days WFO
Experience: Minimum 2 year in end-to-end technical recruitment for PAN INDIA.
Relevant Experience Required: Staff Augmentation Ecosystem
RPO & BPO professionals are also encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities

Source and attract top-quality technical candidates through job portals social media referrals and professional networks.

Screen resumes conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for both skill fit and culture match.

Own the entire recruitment lifecycle scheduling interviews negotiating offers and ensuring seamless onboarding.

Build strong relationships with candidates and clients offering exceptional recruitment experiences.

Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs strategize recruitment plans and maintain consistent updates on hiring progress.

Stay aligned with market trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.

2 year of hands-on technical recruitment experience preferably in IT software development or engineering domains.

Prior experience in staff augmentation is mandatory.

Strong understanding of technical roles tools and trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

Proven ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and deliver recruitment targets.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
