Job Description
Job Title: AI/ML Operations Architect
Location: Onsite Gaithersburg MD
Type: Long Term Contract 2 Years)
About the Role:
Evinova is seeking an experienced AI/ML Operations Architect to design and manage scalable secure and cost-effective cloud-based ML/AI infrastructure in a regulated healthcare environment. Youll be part of a high-impact team driving the operational excellence of ML/AI platforms MLOps/LLMOps practices and GenAI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & implement AWS-based ML/AI platforms in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
Automate infrastructure with AWS CDK (TypeScript) Projen Argo CD and GitOps
Manage Kubernetes clusters Kubeflow and Airflow pipelines
Evaluate and deploy foundation models / LLMs using tools like Bedrock SageMaker
Lead ML governance compliance (GxP GMLP) and framework standardization (WAF/WAFER)
Optimize system performance scalability cost and model lifecycle management
Required Skills:
5 years in cloud/DevOps architecture (preferably in regulated domains)
Deep expertise with AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS SageMaker Bedrock)
Proficiency in TypeScript AWS CDK Projen CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with MLOps LLMOps and Kubernetes (K8s)
Understanding of the Data Science Lifecycle and ML/AI orchestration tools
Preferred/Secondary Skills:
Experience with Airflow Kubeflow or Argo Workflows
Familiarity with microservices architecture API design SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong documentation cross-team collaboration and compliance awareness (GCP/GMLP)
Strategic mindset for evaluating GenAI costs architectures and performance
