Job title-IT Network Administrator
Job type-contract onsite
Job location-Lawrenceville GA
Skills:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2 4 years of experience in a NOC or enterprise IT operations environment
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incidents problems and change management
- Experience with at least one scripting/configuration tool (e.g. Ansible Terraform PowerShell Python)
Preferred Experience:
Infrastructure Monitoring & Incident Response o Monitor enterprise infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds Splunk LogicMonitor Datadog and Network Analyzer platforms o Triage and respond to system-generated alerts and logs across network server and cloud environments o Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and escalate to Tier 2/3 engineering teams as necessary

- Networking: CCNA CompTIA Network
- Systems: RHCSA MCSA VMware VCP
- Cloud: AWS Certified (Practitioner/Associate) Azure Fundamentals
- Security & Monitoring: CompTIA Security
Preferred Technical Skills
Networking
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP BGP OSPF NAT VLANs ACLs and multicast
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco routers/switches:routers;IE2K/4K/5K series switches
- Familiarity with SNMP NetFlow/sFlow Wireshark/tcpdump
- Experience with SD-WAN MPLS VPN (IPSec/SSL) and wireless networks at scale
- Knowledge of Layer 1 4 troubleshooting and infrastructure design for 50 site environments Systems Admin experience in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL Ubuntu)
- Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash PowerShell) log parsing and systems automation
- Hands-on with virtualization (VMware vSphere Hyper-V KVM) Cloud & Monitoring
- Familiarity with cloud computing models (IaaS PaaS SaaS)
- Experience monitoring cloud-native workloads with CloudWatch Azure Monitor or Stackdriver
- Ability to interpret and respond to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (or Deployment) CI/CD pipeline and security telemetry
