Job Title: Site Supervisor Interior Design Projects
Salary: 25k - 35k
Job Description:
Requirements:
1. Project Supervision:
o Oversee daily site activities and ensure work aligns with design plans specifications and quality standards.
o Coordinate with designers contractors carpenters electricians and other tradespeople.
2. Quality Control:
o Inspect workmanship and materials used.
o Ensure adherence to design intent and brand standards.
3. Timeline & Scheduling:
o Monitor project timelines and report any delays.
o Manage workflow to ensure project deadlines are met.
4. Site Coordination:
o Act as the main point of contact between the office (design team/project managers) and the on-site team.
o Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Procurement & Inventory:
o Track and manage delivery of materials furniture fixtures and equipment.
o Ensure availability of resources and prevent site downtime.
6. Health & Safety:
o Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
o Comply with local laws and regulations.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
o Provide daily or weekly progress reports site photos and updates to the project manager or client.
o Maintain site records and documentation of changes or issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
2 5 years of experience in site supervision preferably in interior fit-outs or renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of construction/interior design methods materials and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings layouts and technical plans.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation.
Work Conditions:
Fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
On-site presence is essential; may need to work at multiple project sites.
