Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales strategy for our beverage division. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in FMCG sales strong distributor/channel management skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the beverage category.
Role:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
Manage and expand the distributor/dealer network in assigned regions
Monitor and improve retail presence and secondary sales through effective route planning
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives/territory sales officers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities
Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper of sales strategies and trade marketing activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand visibility and promotional campaigns
Ensure proper sales forecasting inventory planning and reporting
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations preferably in beverages (juices soft drinks etc.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the beverage industry
