CNC Machine Operator
Pay: $17$19/hour DOE
Location: Pryor Oklahoma
Shift: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to produce precision machined parts by programming setting up and operating CNC machines. This role requires reading and interpreting blueprints selecting proper tooling and following machining sequences to meet production standards.
CNC Machine Operator Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Program set up and operate CNC machines to cut shape or form metal workpieces.
- Review setup sheets blueprints and specifications to determine machining procedures and dimensions.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools and document results accurately.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
- Modify programs to improve efficiency and resolve machining issues.
- Handle machine feeds speeds and tooling adjustments according to part specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Assist with training of new operators and maintain proper documentation in job tracking systems.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC experience including setup and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic part programs.
- Proficient with precision measuring devices and mid-level math (fractions decimals).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC tools and maintenance.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and lifting 50 lbs as needed.
CNC Machine Operator Required Skills
- Attention to Detail: Thorough and accurate in completing tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze information and resolve machining issues.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of machine tools repair and maintenance.
- Reading Comprehension: Strong ability to interpret written technical documents.
CNC Machine Operator applicants must demonstrate the ability to independently handle machine operations maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
