Job Description
- Manage and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers including installation configuration patching and performance tuning.
- Administer Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and other core infrastructure services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Configure manage and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto Fortinet Cisco ASA) and VPNs.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure secure and optimized network connectivity.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Maintain documentation for systems processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues.
- Participate in IT projects including infrastructure upgrades migrations and security initiatives.
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in system administration with exposure to network/firewall administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with firewall configuration and network security.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V).
- Experience with monitoring tools and scripting (e.g. PowerShell Bash).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSA RHCE CCNA CompTIA Security) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Korean)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS).
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM Intune).
- Understanding of Zero Trust and modern security frameworks.
