Job Description
Join a high-performing team and help grow our Commercial HVAC/Plumbing services. Youll build client relationships sell solutions and collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional service.
What Youll Do:
Manage and grow a book of business focused on HVAC service contracts and preventative maintenance
Build long-term relationships with property managers facility directors and building owners
Identify retrofit and upgrade opportunities then work with internal teams to scope price and deliver
Act as the go-to partner for your clients from initial contract to ongoing service and satisfaction
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
35 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC mechanical services or facilities management
Strong background in service-based sales think contracts not one-time installs
Comfort working with building operators engineers and decision-makers across commercial real estate education healthcare or industrial clients
Self-starter with a hunters mindset and a farmers heart (yes both)
