MAXISIQ is seeking a high-performing Capture Manager with experience to lead full-lifecycle capture efforts across various federal markets. This is a hands-on comprehensive role encompassing the whole growth lifecycle (business development capture strategy and proposal support). The ideal candidate is a self-starter driven by competition and focused on winning. This person will lead capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission driving strategy teaming customer engagement and solution development. MAXISIQ provides technical engineering services and solutions to a diverse set of clients across the DoD and IC. Our focus in advanced networking and telecommunications enable current and emerging mission success.
Were looking for someone who thrives in an agile environment takes full ownership of capture responsibilities and brings deep knowledge of the industry. This includes bringing established partner networks customer relationships and federal acquisition this role youll have the opportunity to leverage custom AI and automation tools to enhance the speed accuracy and intelligence of capture activities and to strategically engage with customers and industry partners to streamline the capture process.
