Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning coordination and execution of various events hosted by Captura Hall. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and organization of corporate and private events
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams
Manage event logistics including set-up guest lists and schedules
Conduct venue inspections and support onsite event execution
Track budgets timelines and ensure event compliance with standards
Provide administrative support such as documentation invoicing and follow-ups
Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
12 years of experience in event planning hospitality or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
