We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of both internal and external communication strategies ensuring consistent brand voice and clarity across all channels. This position requires excellent writing skills attention to detail and a passion for strategic communication.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support communication campaigns and initiatives
Draft and edit content including newsletters press releases memos and reports
Maintain and update internal communication platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment
Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports
Support event planning and public relations efforts
Ensure brand consistency in all written materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
2 years of experience in a communications or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe Suite)
Familiarity with internal communications best practices is a plus
