We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives that align with our clients goals and internal campaigns. You will work closely with creative content and account teams to ensure all marketing operations run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track day-to-day marketing projects and initiatives
Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaign briefs
Maintain project timelines budgets and reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support content creation for marketing collateral and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers copywriters and project managers
Organize promotional events trade shows and client meetings
Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports for leadership
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
