Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients providing excellent service and support. This position is key to ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the high standards that define Next Comms Talk.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries with professionalism

  • Provide accurate information regarding services and processes

  • Resolve client issues or escalate when necessary

  • Maintain client records and update information in the database

  • Assist with administrative duties and cross-functional team support

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)

  • 1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Friendly approachable and team-oriented attitude
