Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand image maintaining clear messaging across platforms and supporting team efforts in delivering effective campaigns and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement communication initiatives across departments

  • Draft internal memos newsletters press releases and other corporate content

  • Assist in planning and managing company events and public relations efforts

  • Track communication metrics to assess campaign performance

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials

  • Support leadership in preparing presentations and reports

  • Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field

  • 13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
