Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Orlando FL. This role is pivotal in maintaining long-term client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as the liaison between our clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented solution-driven and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain and build strong customer relationships through regular communication
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions
Track account activity analyze customer data and provide reports as needed
Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency
Assist in contract renewals and upsell opportunities
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
2 years of experience in customer service account management or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
