We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Orlando FL. You will support senior account executives in building client relationships executing service strategies and ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining ongoing communication
Support account managers with research reporting and client presentations
Help develop and implement service strategies tailored to client needs
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
Coordinate internal teams to meet account deliverables and deadlines
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
Attend meetings briefings and training sessions as required
