Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Representative to join our Washington DC team. This role is crucial in maintaining long-term partnerships and ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and care. You will act as the key point of contact for clients managing communications resolving issues and contributing to the overall customer experience strategy.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely professional manner
Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback initiatives
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
Collaborate with departments to ensure project timelines and expectations are met
Prepare reports on client status trends and improvement opportunities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
1-3 years of experience in customer relations account management or similar roles
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
