Job Description
Messa Sync is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Los this role you will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from prospecting to post-event follow-up. You will work closely with clients and our internal event teams to ensure a smooth sales experience and the successful delivery of each event.
Responsibilities
Assist in generating and qualifying event sales leads
Support senior sales staff in preparing proposals contracts and presentations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Schedule meetings site visits and follow-ups with prospective clients
Provide on-site support during key events as needed
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and event packages
Analyze event performance and client feedback for future improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
12 years of experience in event coordination sales or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
