Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a variety of events from start to finish. This role requires excellent project management skills the ability to multitask and a passion for delivering seamless and impactful experiences.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
Work with clients to determine event objectives timelines and budgets
Source and manage vendors venues and event staff
Create detailed event timelines floor plans and logistical plans
Oversee on-site setup execution and teardown
Ensure compliance with safety health and legal regulations
Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
Collaborate with internal departments to align event goals with company strategy
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field
2 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented in dynamic environments
