Job Description
Within our Finance Operations department at the Lely Campus in Maassluis the O2C R2R and P2P teams work together daily to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and accurately. As a P2P Officer you are part of the P2P Team which is responsible for receiving checking and correctly processing incoming supplier invoices. This is a crucial role as you ensure that our suppliers are paid on time and correctly and that our records are accurate.
You work closely with colleagues in Finance Procurement and the rest of the organisation. Are you excited about working in an international and innovative family business where you have room for initiative and development Then read on.
Your main responsibilities:
- Receiving and registering invoices in the correct systems.
- Checking invoices for fiscal accuracy such as VAT details.
- Verifying invoices for content accuracy such as purchase order numbers or contact persons.
- Processing invoices against purchase orders.
- Responding to questions from colleagues and suppliers.
- Checking and maintaining supplier master data.
Qualifications :
You are accurate have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers and systems. You thrive in a dynamic international environment where you can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues from various departments.
In addition you bring the following:
- MBO-level working and thinking.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an international accounts payable department.
- Good command of the English language. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems such as M3.
- Knowledge of compliance and tax regulations such as VAT.
- Strong Excel skills.
- A proactive attitude towards work and process improvements.
