Job Description
Our Baristas are passionate about coffee customer service and creating warm memorable experiences for every guest. They are skilled at crafting high-quality beverages while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and efficiency in their workspace. A successful Barista thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates clearly and consistently delivers service with a smile.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a positive guest experience through friendly attentive service
- Prepare all coffee and espresso-based beverages to standard including hot and cold drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency when entering orders into the POS system
- Answer guest questions and make thoughtful recommendations on beverage options
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their beverages and overall experience
- Monitor inventory levels for barista supplies and communicate needs proactively
- Complete all opening closing and side duties thoroughly and safely
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Support the team with other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Prior barista experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
