We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President Enhanced AI (Agents) to lead the commercial strategy and execution for our next-generation AI Agent-based solutions. This high-impact leadership role will drive full-cycle growth across enterprise accounts overseeing strategic GTM initiatives sales performance and customer adoption across industrial sectors. As a matrix leader collaborating with regional and corporate stakeholders you will shape and execute a global strategy that positions our AI capabilities as transformative drivers of customer value and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end revenue strategy and sales execution for the AI Agent product line focused on industrial clients and use cases for capabilities outside of the core product platform.
Develop and lead GTM plans partnering with Product Marketing and Enablement to drive pipeline growth and market adoption.
Engage with C-level decision-makers articulating the strategic value of AI Agents in transforming operations and business models.
Drive performance management across pipeline forecasting accuracy win rates and quota attainment.
Serve as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key accounts ensuring long-term strategic relationships.
Align with corporate strategy on pricing commercial partnerships and portfolio positioning.
Act as an internal champion and market voice influencing product innovation and differentiating features based on customer insights.
Operate as a thought leader within the company and externally to establish credibility and visibility in the AI industrial landscape.
Qualifications :
10 years of enterprise software or AI solution sales with at least 15 years in senior leadership roles (VP/SVP).
Experience of non-standard B2B GTM motions.
Deep understanding of AI technologies platforms and enterprise adoption models.
Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset; able to blend strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
Experience working cross-functionally with product engineering and marketing.
Comfortable operating in high-growth ambiguous and cross-cultural environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of exceeding commercial goals
