Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning execution and delivery of complex cross-functional programs. As a TPM you will work at the intersection of engineering product operations and business teams to guide strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
Youll have the opportunity to:
- Lead end-to-end program planning execution and delivery across multiple teams.
- Align engineering product business and operations teams around common goals timelines and priorities.
- Partner with engineering to understand architecture dependencies and constraints; translate technical discussions into business impact.
- Manage roadmaps milestones sprint cadences and release plans; establish and track KPIs risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide transparent concise and actionable updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Improve program management processes and tooling (e.g. Jira Confluence and Smartsheet) to increase team efficiency and delivery predictability.
- Act as the first line of escalation for blockers and conflicts; drive to resolution through influence and coordination.
- You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management.
- This is a hybrid role working out of the Costa Mesa CA office.
Qualifications :
Your background:
- 10 years of experience in program or project management preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience managing technical programs involving software development infrastructure data platforms or cloud migration.
- Experience with Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira Confluence Smartsheet or equivalent.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Prior experience in enterprise-scale migrations platform modernization or regulated industries (e.g. fintech healthcare).
- Bachelors degree in technical discipline.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills experience and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
