SOP Establish community rules develop SOPs and enhance user engagement and retention.
1v1 Identify user needs and maintain relationships through content activities and one-on-one interactions.
2. User Growth and Conversion:
/ Plan viral campaigns newcomer benefits and other strategies to achieve user growth targets in communities/private domains.
Design conversion paths tailored to the beauty and exhibition industries improving user pre-registration and attendance through community operations.
Track user lifecycles and develop churn prevention and re-engagement strategies.
3. Content and Activity Planning:
Create exclusive private domain content (e.g. scripts graphics short videos) to foster a highly interactive community atmosphere.
Information Classification: General Organize online events (e.g. live streams check-ins giveaways) to boost user participation.
4. Data Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor community metrics (e.g. engagement conversion retention rates) and produce regular analytical reports. Optimize operational strategies and refine community models based on data insights.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to align private domain efforts with broader marketing initiatives
Qualifications :
1. Basic Requirements:
1-3 / Bachelors degree or higher with 1-3 years of experience in community/user operations
SCRM Familiarity with Enterprise WeChat and SCRM tools (e.g. Qifei Weiban Enterprise WeChat Assistant).
Excel/ Information Classification: General Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Excel/Feishu Multidimensional Tables.
2. Core Competencies:
Keen insight into user psychology and strong ability to build trust through communication.
Skilled in event planning and copywriting capable of independently producing community content.
Goal-oriented resilient under pressure and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of community operations.
3. Preferred Qualifications:

IP Knowledge of private domain traffic growth tactics (e.g. group buying affiliate marketing IP persona development)
