Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Expert Warehouse Software Applications.
- You will receive escalations via our 1st line helpdesk from customers Integrators and Movu technicians on site (as one of the helpdesk agents) and will support on topics related to Warehousing Software applications
- You own the case and if you are not able to solve it yourself you are responsible to gather the necessary information to escalate this further in the organisation.
- You are punctual in following up the calls & incoming emails
- You monitor and follow the trouble shooting to the point where you can supply a solution.
- You analyze the calls in an offline modus for the purpose of structural improvements which you prepare for our R&D department
Qualifications :
- You have experience in software support preferable with Warehouse experience in a B2B environment.
- You can rely on an education in It or related studies. Python knowledge is a plus.
- You are technically proficient with an understanding that technology serves as a means for innovative solutions.
- Relevant experience in a logistic industry is a plus
- You have organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail.
- You have excellent time management and prioritization skills and youre able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are stress resistant and have the gift to make a customer feel comfortable and helped even in stressful situations.
- You are available for shift work as our helpdesk is operating 24/7 for which you are 2nd level
