The Role
The Events & Experience Coordinator SA/WA/NT (12-Month Mat Leave Cover) plays a key role in delivering state-based events and experiences for our brokers team members and lending partners across South Australia Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
From planning through to execution this role is all about creating meaningful moments that align with Lendi Groups values and foster a strong sense of connection and collaboration across the business.
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover offering an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on fast-paced role that blends event coordination office support and stakeholder engagement.
Job Description
- Event Coordination: Own the planning and delivery of state-based events from concept to completion ensuring every event reflects our company values and drives real engagement and development across the team.
- Office & Facilities Support: Help keep our spaces running smoothly - pitch in on day-to-day office needs coordinate with building management and make sure the vibe and setup support a great team experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their event needs and preferences ensuring your efforts align with and support our bigger business goals.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure the best quality and value for event services and facilities management.
- Budget Management: Support budget oversight for events and facilities helping ensure spend is controlled efficient and aligned with financial guidelines.
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather and analyse feedback to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement making each event better than the last.
- Support Initiatives: Contribute to wider Events and Experience programs playing an active role in enhancing our overall workplace culture and employee experience.
Qualifications :
- A solid track record in planning and delivering engaging corporate events - plus the know-how to support day-to-day office and facilities operations that keep things running seamlessly.
- Youre organised and reliable - you know how to stay on top of the details while adapting to shifting priorities and jumping between tasks with ease.
- Strong communicator with ability to build relationships collaborate across teams and confidently engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing budgets and working with financial documents ensuring costs are tracked controlled and aligned to plan.
- Able to switch gears and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - no two days are ever quite the same and youre up for the challenge.
- Experience or knowledge in mortgage broking or financial services is a bonus - but not a deal-breaker.
